Manual local diary
Planned forms will record food, stool, symptoms, factors, and practices, with event time, optional notes, and applicable intensity fields.
An account-free, local-first gut diary in development for recording food, stool, symptoms, factors, and practices.
iOS · AndroidThis app is in development for adults who want to record recurring gut symptoms and explore personal timing patterns. Planned functionality includes manual entries with editable dates and times, a chronological timeline, custom categories, filters, optional reminders, local export, and thresholded temporal insights. Data will remain on the device for core diary use. Insights will describe associations rather than causes and will not provide a diagnosis or treatment plan.
Planned forms will record food, stool, symptoms, factors, and practices, with event time, optional notes, and applicable intensity fields.
Entries are planned to appear chronologically and support viewing, editing, session-level undo after soft deletion, and filters by type, category, and date range.
Planned local categories for symptoms, factors, and practices will be reusable and support creation, renaming, and archiving.
After the planned data threshold is reached, the app will summarize symptom counts and recorded intensity within 0–6, 6–24, and 24–72 hour windows, without claiming causation or diagnosis.
Planned controls will create a versioned ZIP export with CSV files and will allow all app-managed local data to be deleted after explicit confirmation.
A planned daily reminder will default to 09:00 local time and request notification permission only when the reminder is first enabled.
